The last time around, my cat was a little feisty with the vet and the vet assistant, but they still treated her with kindness :). The vaccine clinic is affordable compared to some vets, which I really appreciate since I am a college student! I didn't really have an issue with the appointment time, but the person behind me did. It was explained to them that the "appointment time" was to ensure that you had a spot for that day, but you aren't promised the time you picked. It definitely is a little frustrating because some people pick those times since they have other things to do that day, and well, for us humans, if you were to go to the doctors, you would get called in order by the appointment time and not by the order you arrived. Outside of that, the experience overall was great!
