We adopted an elderly dog who had razor burn on his stomach that wound up getting infected requiring a trip to the vet for drainage and antibiotics after his first trip here. Understandable that this can happen but not ideal. Perhaps against our better judgement we went back and found the service to be rude and generally unhelpful the second time around. Received several messages about moving our appointment up or moving to a different date after someone else presumably canceled or no showed. We were unable to accommodate this as both my husband and I work. It seems like after that service declined.

The dog almost fell off the table it was so agitated. Not good. And the other groomer was rude when I told her that was not my dog. She said "I know. What do tou want?"
