  In the summer of 2023, we welcomed our first Labrador retriever, Ellie, into our family. She is absolutely beautiful, remarkably, intelligent, and was very easy to train. We adore her so much that when her parents, Lori and Max, had a litter in early November 2025, we decided to purchase her sister. Now 2 1/2 years later, Brielle has joined us as our second puppy from Crystal Acres. She is currently 12 weeks old. My experience with Crystal Acres was exceptional. Joann clearly explained the entire process, was responsive, and maintained transparency regarding pricing. I appreciated that there were no hidden fees and no pressure to make a purchase. Joann even answered my questions during weekends and late nights, which went above and beyond my expectations. I live in California. I found the airfare to be reasonably priced, and I was able to pick up my puppy directly at the airport. Overall, I received outstanding service from Joann and Crystal Acres. I am grateful to have found them and highly recommend their services.

  Joann was amazing during our experience getting our puppy from Crystal Acres Labrador Retrievers. Not only are the puppies absolutely adorable, but the care, attention, and dedication she gives each one truly makes a difference. Joann is incredibly responsive and clearly goes above and beyond to ensure all of her puppies are healthy, happy, and well cared for. She was kind enough to do a FaceTime call with us to show our fur baby’s parents, which meant so much to us. I truly cannot recommend a better breeder than Joann. We are so happy with our experience and will continue to share her contact with anyone looking for a white lab!

  Crystal Acres gave us our amazing baby girl Bella. She came home healthy and happy. She is smart as a whip and we cannot take her anywhere without people saying how beautiful she is. She is truly stunning. She is also so sweet and loving. Our experience with Joann and family was amazing. These babies are so loved from day one. She communicated the entire time, sent update photos, and I asked her so many questions that she never hesitated to answer. If you are looking for a very healthy and beautiful Labrador, don’t hesitate!

  Joann and her family are amazing and so helpful! We have always had labs and our dog Remington we were blessed to get from Crystal Acres Labrador is an amazing dog. Beautiful, loving and very smart and trainable. Our kids love Remi and he is so good with them. He is almost 11 months old and is already proving to be a great hunting dog. We would highly recommend getting one of Crystal Acres Labs!! Villars Family
