  Do not shop at this store. They are not transparent with their guarantees or lack thereof. Purchased saltwater fish and was never told that they are not guaranteed. A 70 dollar fish died within 3 days. I have perfect water parameters and the other fish I bought are fine. I was told that they dont guarantee saltwater fish when I brought the dead fish in...they never said anything about it at the time of purchase. I woukd have never purchased livestock wothout a guarantee, jad I known. Ive spent a lot of money on fish, and supplies over the years, and never brought anything back. You dont treat customers like this. They have lost my business. I will tirelessly work to make sure others I know do not shop there either.

  Do NOT purchase salt water livestock from this store! I've had a reef tank for almost 6 years now and have purchased from Petco and other local salt water fish retailers. I haven't had a problem until now. I purchased 2 fish 3 days ago. One for 30 and one for 70 dollars. The 70 dollar Wrasse died within 3 days. My water parameters are spot on in my quarantine tank. When I brought the fish home, the salt level from the store was very low compared to the 1.025 that I've always kept my tanks at so I did need to perform a salt water drip over a couple hours to safely add them to the quarantine tank. Long story short, I took the carcass back to the store and was told that their guarantee does not apply to salt water fish. Ok...so why didn't someone tell me that at checkout? Why didn't the person working the fish area tell me that when I asked about the health of the fish? That little gem of information would have prevented me from buying the fish in the first place. I could see if I continually bought fish and brought dead fish back...or returned anything to them ever...I've purchased a lot from them over the years and never brought anything back or had a problem until now and they treat me like this. If I don't get at least a store credit, I won't be going back to any Petco again, and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know doesn't shop there either!!

  Deborah is an amazing groomer. She was very attentive to my dog when I brought her in, she did a beautiful job on her groom and she was so friendly when I picked her up and let me know how my girl did and how much she loved grooming her. My dog also seemed very happy and relaxed so I know she was treated very well. I highly recommend having Deborah groom your babies. I know I'll be booking with her all the time now.
