My husband dropped off our golden doodle at 12:45, she was not matted at all, I brush AND comb her daily, she just needed a trim up, she weighs 22 pounds and my husband was quoted that she'd be done around 6! Why would it take over 5 hours to groom such a small dog? 5 hours is almost an entire work shift! I love Petco because of the Vital Care Plus and I usually buy everything I need when I get Molly groomed but I will NEVER leave my girl there for 5 hours again!!!! AND she cut her face too short. Get it together Petco or you'll be losing a loyal customer.

They Sold me a sick bearded dragon that dies not even 2 weeks after purchase than was told it was due to my lighting in the enclosure. Hello!!!! I had one for almost 5 years prior to that but I had to put her down due to liver disease not because of my lighting. Petco is 100% better especially knowing my vet sees all their bearded dragons before being sold.

Nobody who knows what they are doing should keep a dog for SIX hours. I went to another grooming salon and my baby was done beautifully in less than three hours! Petco grooming has always been great and I'm sure they still are as long as you avoid Sara!
