My name is Dr. Julie Fowler and I own PetVet365 Fishers Crossing in Indianapolis, IN along with Dr. Jeffrey Mills. It was our first time at their office and they definitely deserve a 5 star rating. From start to finish they were very knowledgeable and professional.

Estimate of charges was absolutely offensive for a common ear infection. Doctor was pleasant. Then all hell broke loose. After three trips of the tech coming back in with the wrong information. The vet came back in and straightened everything out. Lost my trust on the first visit. I definitely don’t recommend this place. Nice setting and clean environment but the confidence of the correct evaluation after the confusion with the tech and wrong information relayed and almost leaving with the wrong meds. I’m pretty sure I could have flipped a coin and got better info. Honest review.
