- JRJunior RivasDec 10, 20251.0⭐ 1 star I brought my dog Atlas today at 8 in the morning for a bath and haircut, and I completely wasted my time. From the very beginning, the staff member showed a negative attitude. My dog barks at first because he gets nervous around new people, but he has never had a single incident with any person. On the contrary, he is a very loving dog, he just needs a little time to trust. Without even trying to handle the situation professionally, the woman simply decided not to take him, saying that because of her “experience” he was prone to hurting her, which is completely false. It was clear that she closed herself off the moment he barked, without properly assessing the dog. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Bad attitude, poor customer service, and zero empathy for both pets and owners. They only make you waste your time and then turn your dog away without real justification.
