  Enjoyed stopping into Petco with my dog. We got a little exercise walking around. They had cute warm socks and her favorite venison treats. The employees were nice and very helpful.

  I am not sure that I have had a good in person experience with the youg management at the Columbus location.The guardian of the fish galaxy if you ever have a fish die in your aquarium after purchasing there in a day or 2 you have to keep the receipt then you have to bring back the fish in a separate container and bring a water sample in a separate container as well, that's all fine I mean we are talking about 3 dollar fish not an extreme huge deal but if you have an aquarium and you physically take care of that aquarium as in frequent water changes testing the water etc... you know your levels as in you nitrates and your nitrites etc.. who gives you the right to not sale someone fish i am not trying to get my 3 bucks back on a dead fish I just want to buy another fish to replace it period! This is not the first instance that the same lady has refused to sale me fish ill take my business elsewhere.

  My personal experience with Petco has been very very good. The only thing I do wish that you all do better that if you are a frequent shopper that you would increase the rewards so you can actually use it because I’ve been a rewards member there for years and I’ve not been able to use it one timeas a matter fact I’ve got two accounts where my ex was with me under my name and they still would not transfer that over to my name and her account still shows up with my phone number that I would like to be taken off but but the employees at the Columbus, Indiana Petco they are absolutely phenomenal and you need to give everyone of the employees a raise

  Mikel Ernstes did 1:1 private training with my Newfoundland puppy today and my puppy already is listening to me and the tricks he thought me work great. He also provided me some tips how to make my puppy’s food more appealing. Now he is eating the food he should be eating with the toppers I added on his suggestion. My dog really liked Mikel and fully listened to him. He is very gentle with dogs and also explained everything to me very well. My puppy will join a 6 week group training with Mikel in December. Looking forward to learning more from him. End of private training class, Mikel even provided BooBoo with some enrichment activities that I found very engaging. After our class, Mikel sent me an email enclosing all the instructions he used for training BooBoo on the commands we agreed upon before the class. His training method is very different and he is a natural. My puppy just bonded with him and was magically listening to him. Staffs are very nice both to me and also my puppy. We had a great experience for our first time in Petco and we will sure be back.
