I took her to this place, and they brought out a churu and immediately distracted her. She was able to get her exam and nails trimmed without incident.

One of your vets increased the amount of one of his medications. When we asked why we were told the vet was gone for several days and there was no one else who could answer. The vet was supposed to call us and never did. If we can't get answers about something relatively simple we're not sure about continuing his care with Hanover.
