I was supposed to meet a greet with a cat i had been looking for for months. Well I had about three different people texting me to meet this cat. The day before I was scheduled to meet him, a unknown person texts me and tells me im unable to meet him and that I should go to my local shelter and find a cat... Come to find out the Russian blue cat i was supposed to meet and adopt was already promised to someone else. This happened to my friend as well 2 months ago. Its quite unprofessional.

I tried giving them another chance thinking maybe they were just having an off day...No still horrible customer service no one around so me and my husband just left without buying anything...worst petco I've ever been to not to mention the reason we were there was the fish and the tanks are leaking horrible all over the floor and not very well kept.
