  I was appalled to find dog poop literally in front of the sliding doors to the entrance. When I found an employee to notify him of the mess. I was told “I don’t have anything to clean it up with.” I informed employee that said poop would be tracked throughout the store if someone did not clean it up. And if that wasn’t enough, when I checked out, the same employee heard other shoppers complaining of the poop. And he said to me “ I wish I had something to clean it up.” I told him to get a paper towel and clean it up. He did not. How does a pet store operate with employees who refuse to clean up animal messes that happen on a daily basis? And also, I know the store had stuff to clean up pet accidents since you sell cleaners etc. Definitely would not recommend this store to others.

  My dog has not had diarrhea in the past year, and even the morning I took him for his haircut he did not have any diarrhea. However, about three hours after I dropped him off for the haircut, I received a call from Petco saying that he had severe diarrhea and that I needed to pick him up immediately. After I brought him home, he kept shivering for the rest of the day. I will never take him there again. It almost feels like he went through some kind of trauma.There is a lot of blood in his stool. A very healthy dog turned into a suffering patient within 3 hours.
