That was all she said so I continued to ask like okayy well do u want to get my contact so that I can ensure the hour away slot. Then she proceeded to tell me my dog needed the rabies vaccine. I get dogs needing a rabies but this employee wouldve had me come back an hour later with no detail of that...Thank gosh i continued to get more details. The website promotes walk ins like you don't have to be scheduled. Wasn't impressed with the poor communication customer service or the non walk in service.
