Having 4 dogs and 5 cats I have to shop somewhere! But this is NOT my first choice.

Unfortunately, I never got to attend any classes because the instructor was leaving. When I learned this, I was informed that I could either attend the remaining classes or receive a full refund. I chose the refund option and called on September 16 to initiate the process. Initially, I was told that my request would be escalated to corporate. However, a week later, I followed up because I hadn’t seen any movement on my refund. I was then informed that there was no estimated time for processing and that I would receive a confirmation email when it was being handled. After that, I heard nothing for nearly a month. Finally, on October 11, I called again and spoke with a representative who assured me that she would process my return. Yet, as of now, I still have not seen the refund in my account. It’s disheartening to navigate this process, especially given the lack of communication throughout. If you are considering puppy classes at Petco, be aware that if the classes are canceled, you might face significant hurdles in getting your money back. It’s a frustrating experience that has left me extremely disappointed. I hope to see a resolution soon, but I wish this process had been smoother from the start. I’m hoping to see my refund within the next few days.
