I asked if they would honor the online price and I had to show it to them on my phone. Of course I forgot my phone. They would not look it up for me. So frustrating when you try and support stores instead of going online. A mark up of 30%. Buyers beware of mark ups. Won't be back.

On a few occasions we have had to order from Chewy due to delays in processing with Petco. It is frustrating when you have a script on file, yet it has to be verified each time with the vet office to complete the order. What's the point in uploading a prescription to the online order, if they have to verify it with the vet in order to fulfill the order?!?!?!!!! Prescription food cannot be purchased in store, unfortunate.
