Excellent customer service and I can always find what I’m looking for! This is the only place I buy my dog food and take my dog to get groomed!

I was able to get another bag of litter. It was in the back room. I have 3 cats so being able to get multiple bags of litter is very important for the drive to another town.

Huge thanks to Petco and store manager Matt for hosting the Stuff a Truck event benefiting the Monroe County Humane Association! It’s always inspiring to see businesses step up and support the community, especially when it helps our furry friends. It’s local partnerships like this that remind us how much good can be done when businesses and residents work together. Thank you, Petco and Matt, for leading by example and making a positive impact right here in Monroe County!

Greedy. You overcharge to a point that it should be criminal, the selection of products is poor, employee knowledge of pets and their diet needs, exercise needs, etc is non existent. My cat has skin allergies and it took 3 different people to give me their opinion on a skin sensitive, price conscious food, and my cat hates it. Then, you punish dumpster drivers' animals (yeahhh it's not the dumpster drivers you are punishing it's the innocent animals that don't get the perfectly good items and food that you toss into the dumpsters).. by slicing open whole bags of food, cutting collars and ladies stop they aren't usable, and now locking the dumpsters. How about you have some empathy and show you ACTUALLY care about animals and NOT exploiting people for cash... by having a donation bin or back for people to access for free. There won't be an invasion of homeless people i promise you very few have pets and the ones who don't aren't raring to dumpster dive for dog food to eat. Grow up. Grow a heart.
