I had to have another worker stop the service. She claimed he was being naughty but did not stop the service. My dog is now in distress with 2 unclipped nails. She is not trained in handling dogs and is unable to make a judgement of when to stop a service. I will not be returning and advise others to be mindful and watch if she is working with your dog.

The current manager, Stan does NOT have the customer service skills that is needed to do that job. He gets an attitude if you question anything he may say. I have went to corporate regarding him and when he said he would call me back, well he never did. With that being said, an employee that represents your company with the greatest regards is leaving because of him. I now go to a store that is out of my way. I go to Willowbrook if in an emergency . Being in upper management, before I retired, he doesn't even have any management skills to speak of. And the funniest thing is that he hates the animals. On a positive note, the employees that work there are great. Without good management your good employees leave.
