They were polite and talked to me about what I would want. It was a great experience. I have two photos one from before her appointment and one after. The second one she was exhausted and I couldn't get her up, but you can see the difference.

Every time we have been, all the groomers help each other out and always get it done. They clearly communicate, because even when we have another groomer, Susan's nails are always taken care of. It is also the fastest place we've taken our dog to. Highly recommend.
