  My doggie has been going to this grooming location for nearly 5 years. I was nervous at first because my dog was reactive when he was a pup but Hawke is always so patient and loving with him. He loves to see them every time! All of the stylists are friendly, the store is kept clean, and there’s always fun toys on sale! We now live an hour away and we still drive that far just to see Hawke!

  Has some more uncommon species of fish, such as hatchetfish, albino crays, and my choice of neon gobies. Also has the usual stock of fish as well. They looked healthy in their tanks, and the trio of gobies has acclimated well to my own. Would go back again.

  Very unprofessional service. We had a 2:00 PM appointment for two dogs and arrived early at 1:45 PM. One dog only needed a simple nail trim and paw hair trim, and the second was a small 6-month-old Maltipoo (8 pounds). They asked for vaccination records. I immediately provided the Golden Retriever’s record and called my vet to email the Maltipoo’s record, which arrived within 5 minutes. They took my Golden Retriever at 2:13 PM, but after finishing they refused to take my Maltipoo and said they “didn’t have time.” The strange part is that while we were waiting, another dog arrived and they accepted that dog without any problem. Very disappointing experience. If you schedule an appointment for two dogs and arrive early, you should not be turned away like this.

  I want to thank the amazing staff who are always kind, courteous and welcoming. I feel confident asking for suggestions for Elly to ensure she has the best care. I can honestly say, I have been shopping here since the opening of the store, and there is a comfort I feel walking through the door, especially when I bring Elly and while checking out with the young woman who wears glasses, Elly’s tail wag is at 100 miles per hour. Thank you again!!!!
