  Super nice people. lol puppy was ready for a nap after win win some people are just to much on here. And yes trying for this pup to be next on commerials she is so cute

  I can’t say enough great of things about the girls at Petco in grooming, I’ve been taking my dog there for over 7 years, and my mom also took her dog there for over 13 years , we never had anything but a good experience, My dog loves going there, I would never think of taking Zeke anywhere else, the girls there love him and he feels the same way….

  Saw a review posted by Ana Delgado and I couldn't disagree more. Especially with Claire Vincent who had always taking the best care of multiple dogs I have brought her way. I'll continue to bring my dogs to Claire Vincent and that Petco specifically!

  The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I took my daughter’s puppy for her first “professional” bath and grooming at this place. Worst mistake ever!! I asked for a nicely sized hair cut for my daughter’s puppy since it’s winter and I didn’t want it too short. For starters, when I arrived ON TIME to the appointment, the lady I spoke with wanted to cancel my appointment. She claimed she was going to leave at 4 PM and that she wouldn’t have time to groom my dog. I was surprised as I had made my appointment with over a week in advance… I asked when the next available appointment would be, she went to go check and when she came back, she said she could take my puppy in after all. I was told it would take anywhere from 3-4 hours for the grooming. After 2 1/2 hours, I got a call to go pick my puppy up. I walked in there and they had SHAVED MY DOG! Beware people, when they have you initial, PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ! Apparently, when I was asked to initial I gave them the ok to shave, if necessary. I honestly thought this place would be professional and actually do what the customer is asking for, not whatever they want to do. They charged me $88 to bathe and shave my daughter’s puppy. When I tried calling the manager to let her know how unhappy I was with the service provided and the staff, she took their side. She claimed that we were neglecting our puppy and that her hair was inexcusably matted. For context, our puppy is a Yorkie mix, these puppies have long hair by nature and tend to get matted easily. This comment was very out of line because there is absolutely no animal neglect towards our puppy, she is very very loved and well taken care of. The manager, Claire, was so very unprofessional. She said she would make a note so I wouldn’t be able to come to this location again. She mentioned that the cashier had already informed her how unhappy I was and how I had said I wouldn’t go back there, and that they had lost me as a customer. This is true, I did say this to a customer I ran into while waiting in line to pay for this abysmal service. The other customer was telling me about her experience at this particular Petco and how she felt the same way as me. She said that the groomers are lazy and only care for easy money, which is why they shaved my puppy instead of grooming her properly like I had asked for. The cashier was listening to our conversation the entire time. She even mentioned that our puppy’s hair would grow back as she apologized. I’m sure that she told the manager what had happened after I left. When I called the manager, who claims her name is Claire. She was rude and said things had not happened the way I said. She claims to have heard my conversation with the lady who initially took our puppy in and claimed I took too much of her time to check the puppy in. She did not let me express my dissatisfaction with the bad service whatsoever and hung up on me! I am so disappointed with the “management” at this establishment. People who believe they have the authority to do whatever they want and fabricate a story in their favor. All of this on top of trying to gaslight me for our puppy being matted. Why do you think I took her to these “professionals” in the first place?.. I would definitely stay away from this establishment... terrible service and even worse customer service.
