- MHMegan HamptonDec 15, 20251.0We are new to Chicago and finding a vet nearby is extremely difficult here. My dog needs to have surgery for baby teeth removal and my experience calling in to this location was horrible. The receptionist/front desk was rude when setting up my appointment as though she did not have time for my call and I overlooked this due to how close this Vet office was to our home. I felt as though I was a “bad dog mom” with how she was speaking to me??? Of all my years of taking my dogs to the Vet, I have never come across such a difficult time. I understand records are required 24hours in advance- something I’ve never had to do before as I have physical copies of my records. Regardless my fully vaccinated pets were denied an appointment today and pushed out for another date- something extremely difficult to do with active military family. I do not recommend this location as I feel as though the best interest for my dogs were not considered, which is extremely concerning when considering to trust this business with conducting a surgery on my pets/children. Maybe this is not the experience for returning patients however I do not recommend and will not attempt to go here ever again.
