  Pretty upset with Banfield, our dog just passed and they told us we have to keep paying on our wellness plan. So heartless and inconsiderate. This is not a car for Christ sakes. We will be pulling our other pets from this Banfield and using a local provider.

  Terrible customer service and they almost killed my dog by not monitoring him closely enough While he was in recovery, they failed to remove a tube and he almost choked to death, we had to take him to another emergency vet to save his life. No apologies no explanations. Recently called to make a wellness appointment for my dog, the woman that answered the phone consistently talked over me and had a poor attitude. I made it clear I was only trying to understand what Services my dog would be getting. She canceled the appointment and refused to answer the phone when I called back.

  Incredibly deceptive business practices. I brought my cat in for litter box issues and spent close to $800 for routine tests. I was told I could sign up for a wellness plan that would cover some costs. The brochure in the room stated that the wellness plan was $21.95/month. The staff signed me up for a wellness plan costing $61.95/month without disclosing the cost. I was at the vet for nearly two hours for a simple appointment. I told the staff that I had to pick up my daughter but they kept me there. When I called their corporate offices to cancel the wellness plan the price was $200 more than what I was quoted in the exam room. They couldn’t give me any explanation for the price difference. After all that, they never provided my cat’s rabies tags. This is by far the most expensive and deceptive veterinary practice that I have ever been to.

  Horrible experience. Was taking my kittens here. They took my monthly payments and was told I could get regular care for my pets. One of my kittens was having g health issues and I was told multiple time by vet to wait and let her get worse before testing her. Lost a lot of money here and they did NOT care for the health of my cats. As someone who’s not fortunate enough to go to a high end vet it really sucks going to one that takes your money and lets your pets get worse
