- TNTroy NelsonMar 4, 20262.0A lot of frustrating issues with PetCo Salon lately. Online it says walk in for nail trim. A couple months ago, I walked in and they rejected me with no other pets out. I went home to schedule a nail trim on the app/website, and it is not an option. Website says to walk in? I called to schedule an appointment then was charged 20% more than whats listed online / in the store. When I asked why, the Salon could not change it and the reason was "the salon manager put it that way". the front end manager ended up fixing it, but the experience is very frustrating. Please update the website with what employees are saying about no walk-ins. And stop overcharging your customers.
