Made appointment and some mgr who sounded like she was 12, called me and said they couldn’t take my one dog bc there were notes that she was “unable to stand.” I said nothing was ever said to me and she needed to get more info. She called back and said the groomer stated my dog “fainted”. I said no one said anything to me and I would’ve investigated it right then. Then she said THEY weren’t comfortable taking my dogs anymore… as if!!! So God knows what was done to my sweet dog.
