- BBBrenda BoelkOct 16, 20252.0The girl was very nice, but knew. She wasn’t certified to use clippers yet and I was OK with that. She did say she could do his ears and his nails along with the shampoo and blow dry. She didn’t do the ears. She didn’t do the nails after an hour and a half close to two hours. I basically paid $75 for a bath and blow dry. I reached out to them To put in a complaint about it. I was told I would hear back from them within a couple days. Still haven’t heard from them.
