If you had a higher rating value I would absolutely rate this facility higher! EVERYONE is absolutely fantastic; HOWEVER, there are a couple people who really stand out; they are Doctor Reinisch and Kiefer. They are simply Da Best!! Doctor Reinisch is knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, possesses high EQ and high IQ, exactly what you want from someone looking after our precious furry babies. Equally as outstanding is Kiefer. I think that EVERY Banfield clinic should have a Kiefer on staff. He is competent, empathetic, knowledgeable, thorough and I think he should go back to school and be a vet, because he is just incredible. I could go on and on about how great these two individuals are, but I think I've made my point. I really think these two individuals, in particular, need to be recognized for the incredible impact they have had, not just on my pet, but on all pets they come in contact with. I know people are quick to complain, but we should also take time to recognize amazing individuals and Doctor Reinisch and Kiefer exemplify who you'd want taking care of your pets; they treat them like they are their own. Thank you Doctor Reinisch and Kiefer!!

Dr. Johnson is great! My cat was having awful diarrhea and he managed to fit us into the schedule. He was knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly reassuring.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this animal hospital. A friend of mine had a confirmed appointment and arrived on time, only to be turned away with little explanation and no attempt to accommodate the situation. Unexpected issues can happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. There was poor communication, no empathy, and no effort to help or promptly reschedule. Being turned away after making the effort to show up for an appointment is frustrating and unnecessary. I would not recommend this clinic if you expect basic courtesy and professionalism.

We were 7 minutes late to a scheduled appointment due to traffic and were refused care for our dog, who had an actively infected abscess requiring medical attention. I am 9 months pregnant and drove 35 minutes to this appointment, yet there was zero flexibility or compassion shown by the front desk or attending veterinarian. Despite explaining the medical urgency, we were told to leave without our pet being evaluated. The interaction was dismissive and uncaring, especially given the nature of the issue. If you are looking for a veterinary office that prioritizes animal welfare and patient circumstances, this location did not demonstrate that standard. We will be canceling our Banfield account, along with our entire family (6 separate dogs/families) and seeking care elsewhere.
