I couldn’t get a timely appointment with a vet so we came to the clinic to get up to date. It was fast an efficient, the vet and tech were friendly and professional.

I stopped by to get prescription food and flea and tick protection for my dog. The receptionist was helpful and efficient regarding the food prescription, explaining the process and all the information I might need in the future. I was unable to get the flea and tick chewable because my pet was not a "client". It was explained to me as an "all or nothing" policy. To get simple flea and tick protection, which my dog has been on consistently since he was 6 months old, I HAD to use THEIR veterinary clinic for his health service needs, instead of his current veterinarian. It feels like a scam to get customers and boost sales. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal but I had a HORRIBLE previous experience using Petsmart's veterinary service that ultimately led to my almost losing my pet's life and over $5000 in veterinary costs just to save his life, to which Petsmart basically just gaslit me and shrugged their shoulders and responded with "Sorry about the inconvenience but it's not our problem." I have never been, nor will I ever go to a Petsmart ever again.
