- SBSarah BSep 20, 20251.0Waiting 15 mins to initially check in. Once checked in I stood in line to obtain my dog’s heart worm medicine for 1 hr. Completely unexceptionable!!! Everyone was pleasant but it doesn’t make up for the extensive wait time. The vet seems to take her time with each animal which is appropriated but her appointments cannot be 15 mins apart.

We had previous health records forwarded over to them and they reviewed everything with us in depth which I really appreciate. I have two cats that were on edge and hard to handle. The vet and vet tech made every effort to make them as comfortable as possible and get as much work done as each cat would tolerate! Bedside manner and treatment explanations are the top things I look for with vets and this staff was absolutely excellent in both regards.
