A young man named Von asked if I needed any help and went out of his way to help me look for soft treat sticks. He was very knowledgeable about all the treats and helped me make a decision. Before he helped me I noticed him helping someone in the fish dept and he sounded so knowledgeable and eager to help. Von also noticed I had a big bag of dog food in my cart and told me he would take it to my car once I checked out which he did. Von is an asset to the Petco organization and hopefully will be made aware of his helpfulness. It did not go unnoticed

He truly cares about making sure each interaction is meaningful and goes above and beyond. Not only does he take the time to tell you the reasons behind why he does something, but he makes sure to ask if I have any questions. My dog has been seeing him for around 9 weeks and his safety is number one with him. I think he likes Cody more than me ha. Cody is a valuable asset to Petco and the only reason why I continue to go every week. Thank you for all that you do!
