First off I’ve never felt comfortable with how they handle the process of leading you into a room with an appointment and still waiting 30 minutes to an hour for the to rush into the room take your dog and then come back with a bunch of charges and asking you if you want a ton of vaccines and or pills unrelated to the exam visit. Second I don’t know why so many reviews praise these people as nice whenever I go I am met with an attitude of “I hate my job” and I get they are tired, but you are there to help pets and it feels like they are just there for a paycheck. Scheduling is such a pain they’ve told me a million times I scheduled something wrong or they flat out cancel my appointments last minute and calling them is no use as they never pick up! This last month my pet was suffering from intestinal issues and was defecating black and red and by the time I was able to bring her in and asked them to check her they ran a blood test and clearly did not check her mouth because once they told me she was fine two days later she is not eating because she had a nasty infection that resulted in the loss of six teeth and after scrambling to get an appointment they cancel on me twice saying I didn’t schedule it right even after making the mistake once and scheduling it on the phone as I saw her infection progress I begged they see her we went over there and they claimed to be booked but the nurse was standing talking with the receptionist and quickly hid and we were turned away! I had to go to the ER and surely get the bad news that my dog had an infection that was clear as day that the vet did not bother checking for a regular checkup? Then I tried everywhere to get a surgery appt and struggled but miraculously got an appointment elsewhere but I could have lost my dog had I waited for help from these people do not waste your time here long story short they are rude, negligent and just for the money. Never returning to this location.
