Instead, I was flat-out denied all vaccines because I didn’t have prior records, with no alternatives or solutions offered. I had to scramble and search for paperwork, wasting time and causing unnecessary stress. This policy is extremely inconvenient, misleading, and completely frustrating. If you’re a first-time visitor or don’t have prior records on hand, don’t expect Vetco to help you. Their website needs to be updated to reflect reality — otherwise, it’s nothing but a bait-and-switch. Wouldn’t recommend
