However, since I had errands near Schaumburg, I decided to book an appointment here for my small Yorkie. At Dundee, grooming is always finished in 1 to 1.5 hours, but at this Schaumburg store, I had to wait for over 4 hours. After waiting for 3 hours with no update, I called the store and was told it would take another hour. When I told them I needed to pick her up sooner, the staff said they could "only trim the face" if I wanted her right then. It is clear this location is overbooking beyond its capacity. No one would want to leave their dog there for 4 hours. If you plan to use this location, you must ask exactly what time it will be finished before leaving your dog.
