Most recently, Dave alreay knows what we are coming in for and he just starts the process without me asking. I had another good experience a store near Shaumburg, the rep told me many things I didnt know about Bearded Dragons and how to successfully take care of them. We definately appreciate being catered to. Your employess rock!

I went to pick up an already paid aquarium and filter, but Teriy, without understanding the problem, sent me to another store in Palatine. The problem was that the order wasn't showing up on the computer... When I asked for help, he advised me to call customer support... He could have solved the problem in a minute, but he didn't want to... One of the rare cases of poor customer service... Thanks to Anna, the cashier, she helped me; she was friendly and attentive! It's strange when you go to a store to make a purchase and have to solve your own problems, but instead of help, you get indifference and apathy...

He did the best job ever on their hair cut bathing nail buffing everything!! I don’t think I will ever trust my kids with anyone else. My dogs love him he is absolutely a complete magician at what he does Thank you and see you soon Cade !!
