  Extremely disappointed. We have taken our pups here a number of times. The last time we brought them a few months back, my dog had a bunch of cuts inside his ears, actively bleeding. And no one even bothered to tell us, “hey we’re so sorry we may have snipped him a bit during the haircut”. We would’ve been understanding! Well, we were desperate to get them seen recently for haircuts so we decided we would give Dog Performers another try. I mentioned to the lady with long dark brown hair, which she is NOT friendly at all, about my dogs ears. She didn’t even apologize. She just said “I’ll let the groomer know”. I brought it up as a request for them to take care when grooming my dog this time. Well this recent visit has solidified my decision to never ever come back. My dog was cut up again and not one person mentioned it. I know accidents happen but it’s the act of hiding the fact/being dismissive about it. This place is the most affordable in the area but you really pay for what you get. Bad service. And they don’t even ask for vaccine records, that should’ve been our first red flag.

  We've been using dog performers for 20 yrs. The owner John and his staff always do a great job. Today I took my Maltese Wilson in for a haircut and his hair was long and messy. Jasmine did a fantastic job and made him look great. Thanks dog performers! Customer for Life, Mark Brown

  They were awesome, they have a forever customer, my Sammy has special needs and he is blind so I've tried so many different places. and every time I picked him up he was shaken and freaked out and this time he was not only calm but looking beautiful. So thank you so much

  We have been going to Dog Performers for more than 10 years! They do a wonderful job and treat my 10 year old, 80 pound Pit Bull like she was a puppy. She loves going for her bath!
