- SMShadow MukiJul 30, 20251.0We had a terrible experience with our dogs, different groomers super rude specially a woman called Amanda complaining about everything about my dogs! They recommended to take them to the round lake animal hospital to be sedated because they moved and they were worried about their safety! When one of my dogs it’s a miniature schnauzer!! Hahaha what can a miniature dog do! What did they expect? Are animals. We never had any problems when Andres was working there, we were more than happy with him! Today, even the manager when I talked to her was rude and sarcastic. Terrible attitude from them! I don’t recommend this place! But they’re pretty smart they wait until you pay to complain about everything, of course because you already paid and left them the tip ! Smart move!

But when we brought him there recently our dog doesn’t like getting his nails cut so we have to pay extra for them to buff them. We explained that to the ladies there because they were new and they said ok. And we called to confirm they would not cut his nails bc he can get aggressive and move a lot. Well when we called they said we cut them the normal way already. So when I went in to pay they still wanted me to pay extra even though they didn’t buff his nails not only that but they went against what we told them. They were rude and didn’t care about the fact that they did the opposite or what we asked. When we got home we checked his paws and two them had cuts on them.
