I was denied service because I supposedly needed updated vaccination records, even though I was never notified in advance. I normally receive reminders by text, phone, or through the app, but this time I received nothing. When I tried to explain, the staff was rude and dismissive. To make things worse, 40 minutes after my appointment time, I finally received the text asking for the records. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using Petco and will not be recommending them to others.
