  Great experience with the Vetco clinic! My dog has a lot of anxiety and the staff were excellent. They made the experience much easier. I will definitely use their services again.

  The Vet my puppy saw was awesome. She was very thorough and explained everything we needed to watch for until our next visit. She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything.

  MELODY IS A HORRIBLE DISGRACEFUL groomer!!!!! I brought my miniature poodle King here last week and Melody was the groomer. Our appointment was for 4 pm or 4:30 pm one of the last appointments. At first I didn’t notice the 3rd degree burns King suffered from being under Melody care. She burned both of his ears with the blow dryer, his right ear more severely burned than the left one. This was confirmed when I took him to his veterinarian. To think about how he had to be trying to get away from the hot heat and crying as she forcefully held the dryer directly on his ear breaks my heart and makes me furious. Where’s the compassionate??? I’m assuming she was rushing probably about to get off soon. Not to mention he’s only 15 pounds and just turned 1 years old….So this is a warning to all pet parents please do not allow this woman to groom your pet. I’m not sure what type of mental state she was in when she burned my baby so severely. But she needs to be discipline and should not be trusted to take care of animals…..I’m still waiting to hear back from the store manger Amy.
