Called back at 11:26am and was told my appointment was given away to another customer that called in asking for the time slot and they could rebook me for a different day. She also tells me I should have received a text to confirm my appointment, which I didn’t. I just received the confirmation text telling me that the appointment is confirmed. I request to speak to a manager because how is this even allowed? Manager tells me that Natalia is backed up with dogs and my appointment was not given away. Totally different story than what was told. He was also confused on why she called to confirm my appointment & said she gave it away.

They are there till they sell or die from not being cared for. This company is supposed to have pets' wellness as their priority! Fish are pets, not just disposable products! Shame on Petco!!
