- CKCann KotlarzDec 29, 20251.0Vetco seriously needs to train its customer service reps!!! First and last time I will use them. Called them to schedule appt told 38.00 and 5.19 for some disposal fee. Told them it was a 3 yr rabies vaccine. At location it was 134.00...HUGE discrepancy. Had to ask the guy to slow down as he was speed talking. Shot was due so I ended up with only a 1 yr vaccine over 70.00 as I went by what vetco rep told me on the phone for pricing. The vetco staff otherwise was very nice to me at the location, but the disconnect, horrendous. I will NEVER recommend them due to what felt like a pricing scam in my opinion. DO BETTER!!!!!
- HKHaley KieserMar 22, 20242.0I got rabies vaccine for two of my three dogs here. They were not able to give me my tags for Boone county. I did not know how difficult it would be for me to get into my local animal services because they are appointment only. So not only did I spend 80$ for the vaccine I then had to play back and forth for the county tag. I think your employees were nice, but if you’re going to offer a service it should be the whole service not part of it. It was not very sanitary, I will just go to a walk in clinic next time.
