Had to make the trip all the way back into Rockford for them to tell me they didn’t have one to exchange it for. Could have saved me a trip if they would have answered the phone so I could have went to another Pet smart. Customer service at night is underwhelming manager acted like she was put out that she had to hop on a register while the cashier was looking for a replacement for me.
