She is an older dog over 100lbs.needless to say it took longer than expected to get her in car..she can't walk stairs or jump as in days gone by...so I was 10 mins late...understanding the 15 minute window....I was seen by a vet tech that did not acknowledge me ..came back 5 mins later and told me I had to reschedule because my 15 mins were up! .. Now either it's the staff or is it the "free initial visit? That's to be determined! . I was saddened by lack of understanding,I guess.Or empathy for the animals that they are supposed to care for.. Patron beware...
