  We took our cat Addy in for an ear hematoma. She often struggles with being in her crate but the vet tech and vet were wonderful and very patient. They made it easy for us and went over pricing thoroughly so we could stay within budget. Addy was purring and nuzzling thr vet tech and was calm the whole visit. It did take a couple of hours but the fact they kept Addy stress free and comfortable made it worth it.

  Pains me to leave this review but it needs to be said. Langes has really gone down hill since the old man died. These people need to just hang it up. Took my dog Malice to this place for years and never had a problem when the old man was around. We took our new cat there and they almost killed him. Never took xrays for a bladder issue which is just weird. Tore his urethra right by the bladder which does unfortunately happen but they had us pick our car up 30 mins before they closed, told us he was doing great and was "demanding attention " as they walked past his cage, he was up and being playful. Then when we picked him up he was so drugged up that he couldn't even stand. We had to drag him out of his carrier when we got him home. Playful and attention seeking was the last words I would use to describe our cat. Then they were telling us as we were walking out the door that they were closing and if he needed help over the weekend we would have to take him to the emergency hospital in peoria. I thought that was a weird thing to say. I asked if they were expecting problems and they just said they were letting us know. This is right after we paid a $1400 bill. I think they knew something was up and was playing hot potato with a not well cat. Well $6300 later and months of recovery we got our cat back. They called us a week after we got him back and we told them he was at another vet fighting for his life. We got back "well at least he is getting the care he needs". Never heard from them again. This place is shady as a lunar eclipse. BEWARE. Never again. Shame on you Langes. Close your doors. You are unfit. And lighten up on the drugs. You are over dosing animals. Been hearing alot of that since our story started

  We had surgery on our kitty here. All o f the people that work were very kind, considerate, and professional in every way. Our kitty is doing fine and could not have gone any smoother. Thanks to all that helped Charlie ❤️

  I always have a good experiences with bringing my dogs here. I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now. Everyone here is friendly and very helpful. I enjoy bringing my dogs somewhere they feel comfortable at.
