- LElil enshiNov 23, 20251.0I was just in there and the general manager was very rude to me. She refused to give me a refund when my dog destroy his toys. He doesn’t like hard toys or anything. There were some parts I had to take out like the plastic because I didn’t want him to choke on it but she clearly didn’t care about my puppy. This was when I first got them and even with scissors it’s gonna be damaged. I’ve even seen people on social media do the same thing that I do and they have no problem. I have done it with this location and other locations and they don’t care. She said this, “there’s dogs there suppose to destroy the toys and you buy them new ones.” Which really irritated me and got me so mad I left the store and I will never be coming back in this location again so be careful.
