  I had a great experience for bringing my dog here the first time there for grooming. My dog Sophie, who isn’t the biggest fan of baths and sometimes getting groomed, saw Sydney. Sydney did an awesome job since this was the only the second professional cut for my pooch. Sydney has a great energy overall and especially when it comes to animals, especially when situations like grooming can be stressful. Also, the gentleman that checked me out was super pleasant as well. Overall great experience!

  The sales person Alex is very knowledgeable of the fish and turtle area, and I truly appreciate his knowledge and the information you gave me to be supportive And proper care of my animals.

  If you have a poodle/doodle or a dog with long hair do not take them here I take pride in taking care of my dog's coat I drop my dog off with Sydney at 9:15 a.m. on March 13th 2026 I got a call at 4:00 stating that my dog was ready for pickup what were they doing with him for 7 hours? Before leaving I asked her were there any mats on him she said there was one on his ear and tail okay we agreed on a teddy bear haircut left the store expecting that came back to a shaved dog got charged for a detangling service that was not used she used it for a "commission" had her manager who was ignorant on speaker on her phone had people at the registered who did not know how to refund I had to call corporate and make a complaint on them please do not bring your dogs here also the matting she spotted behind his ear and on his tail was still there after picking him up so I don't get why his whole body was shaved when the madding was just behind his ear and at the bridge of his tail? $120 for a messed up haircut I recommend oaklawn grooming services never had this problem with them there only book at Orland just because Oakland did not have any more appointments shame on the manager and Sydney and how they treated the situation poorly Update 3/17/2026 For the past 2 days I've noticed my dog acting funny at first I thought he ate something he wasn't supposed to but caught him being super uncomfortable sitting down took a look and realized this is what that groomer did to my dog no wonder it took about 7 hours for me to get him back look at his nose and his private area (balls) I've been fighting to get a full refund and have not heard anything back from these people this is disgusting and a disgrace to the grooming
