Worst experience ever!! Cut all my dog hair off after I specifically told them not to & they overcharge!!! Terrible service I will NEVER bring my animal back! My Great Pyrenees was cut bald!!! And on top of that he was there for 7 hours!!!!! I wish I could sue!

Kat was beyond helpful. I stopped in looking for Purina Probiotics and not only were they in stock, Kat provided me with some insight when giving it to my dog and we also left a dental kit for February! Will be back!

The staff here is so helpful. Yesterday I was in to get my hamster, Manny. Everyone there was so informative and friendly. The store is very clean, organized, and easily navigated. They did have a lot of things out of stock and low on stock though, so I'd you are looking for a specific item, be sure to check online before going in. :)
