Everyone, even the manager was ignorant to the fact waiting for an hour after my appointment time and multiple rescheduling. This place is HORRIBLE customer service. Finally, a girl showed up, and seemed irritated that I was there. Very unfriendly, never smiled, did not seem engaged in doing her job at all. The prices were higher than I've seen in any major pet food store in quite a while. No wonder the place was deserted. Do yourself a favor and go to Pet Supplies Plus or Petsmart ☹️

They denied my pet because he was in distress, which was understandable ,but the way in which they handled the situation was very rude and all they did was apologize to us. I felt like we were being targeted and profiled for her to bring her manager up there And we had not done anything rude to her. Furthermore, instead of saying, bring him back once he calms down she denied my pet services for the future, which was unacceptable because that doesn’t mean my pet is going to always be anxious. There was no compensation at all .
