  I’m really disappointed with my experience. I took my Goldendoodle, Benny, in and was very clear that I did NOT want a short haircut. I specifically asked for just a trim and requested the “teddy bear” look—shorter around the face but keeping his overall coat long, not shaved. Before starting, the stylist checked his coat and had me choose a length from the board. I again emphasized that I didn’t want him cut short, and she said she would do about 1/2 an inch. When I picked Benny up, his hair was basically shaved. The only parts left longer were his tail and the top of his head. It looked nothing like what I requested. I was told his head was “too square” to achieve the teddy bear look, but that was never communicated to me beforehand as a limitation or concern. If that was the case, I would have appreciated a call before proceeding, rather than going ahead with a much shorter cut than I agreed to. Overall, the result was very far from what I asked for, and I’m really unhappy with how he looks.

  I enjoyed my time in Petco. They have some new brands of dog food and lots of new treats. I bought several of them real chicken and beef. My dogs loved them. They look in the bag when I get home and pull the treats out. We had a taste test for the best. Turns out they loved them all! I have 2 small.poodles older with lots of teeth removed. So all of the items I bought were suitable for their chew and taste. Can't wait to go back.

  We were assisted by the staff at Petco and they were very helpful. We came in looking for supplies for a tortoise we plan on purchasing for our youngest daughter. We haven’t had a tortoise before and the young man who helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. I wish we lived closer to Petco-it would be my regular pet store
