  WONDERFUL STAFF!! attentive and amazing with the animals. although the actual place is in general too small from the waiting room to the grooming section. my small dachshund, boyfriend, and i were in the waiting room to get checked in for nail grooming. a man and a LARGE dog that was clearly not too friendly walk in. as he sees my small dog and i in the lobby. lucky enough i have enough sense for these situations as many large pet owners aren’t. the nice lady behind the desk told the sir and dog to wait outside in the car or in the store as it is cold and winter. the man had an attitude but walked out. there’s only 3 groomers behind the scenes and they also have to take care of the register. patience is a virtue plenty of customers don’t have. as my boyfriend and i are waiting for the nail appointment to go through as the system (computer) is running slow a lady walks in ENTITLED. asks my boyfriend dog and i to wait in the car as we’re in mid transaction so she can get her dog? says that there’s a line accumulating and many dogs. (there was only the large dog). if you have an issue take it up with management. do not yell at customer service for being slow when there isn’t much staff. if you can’t wait your turn go elsewhere!

  I take my Saint Bernard to see Steph and she does great work! She communicates from start to finish and always puts in extra care to what he needs. Great pricing as well, I definitely recommend!’
