    When I got home and opened the package, I was about to give one to my dog when I noticed bugs falling out onto my table. After taking a closer look, I saw there were many more bugs inside the packaging. I called Petco to report the issue, and they told me I would need to bring the product back to the store for a refund. Unfortunately, I’m not comfortable transporting a bug-infested product in my house or car and risking spreading them further, so I’ll just take the $15 loss. This is extremely concerning, especially since these products are meant for pets. I expected better quality control and a safer resolution to the situation.

    Extremely frustrating situation. I purchased an animal for $600, returned it, and was told a refund check would be mailed to me. It’s been over two months and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve followed up multiple times, but I keep getting inconsistent information or being told to wait longer without any real update. Now they’re saying it could take up to two more months just to determine if the check will be issued. That’s simply not acceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of organization, accountability, and customer care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If an issue comes up, be prepared for delays and no clear answers.

    Terrible experience with this store. I purchased an animal for $600, returned it, and instead of issuing a proper refund, they told me they would send me a check. It has been over two months and I still haven’t received anything. I have called multiple times, and each time I get different answers or I’m just told to wait even longer with no real solution. Now they say it could take up to TWO MORE months just to tell me if they are even going to issue the check. This is completely unacceptable. This level of lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for customers is extremely frustrating and stressful. I do not recommend this store at all. If you’re considering buying here, be aware that if any issue comes up, they will not handle it properly.

    4/8/26 I walked in picked out what I needed. My trip was to just purchase a second Parakeet from this location. I walked up to the front desk to ask for assistance. They made the call to help me retrieve a prakeet. Needless to say no one ever came. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue but it’s ridiculous how one plans an efficient trip to the is location only to be slowed down. I saw two petco employees throughout the store. Not sure if this is how you’re supposed to run a business but keep your customers in mind!

    I posted on this store about a year ago, same situation again on my only two visits to this store. I’m a little frustrated with the quality of care to my dog’s nail clipping. It’s very obvious the nail cutters that were used on my dog Zero’s nails were dull. I brought him in with high hopes of a better experience this time around as I had moved back in the area. Sad to say they had clipped my dog’s paw while cutting his nails. Then when walking him out they at first acted like it was all good until the groomer stepped away and another lady, I suppose the lead came out and told me that when cutting his nails they clipped him while he moved. Which the nail that she cut had an injury that caused it to grow awkwardly so I acknowledge that it wasn’t an easy cut. Although, Not once did I get an apology. As a matter of fact they told me to come back tomorrow if the bleeding didn’t stop or he was licking at it obsessively only then they’d give me a on the house quick agent to stop the bleeding….why wouldn’t a groomer…apply a coagulant onto the bleeding paw when they are supposed to have it in their set up…. Only then did I get upset. Like really? You want me to come back tomorrow when he’s actively bleeding? The whole situation was just such a mess. I can only imagine what they do to the owners who don’t know to look at their babies nails after a grooming appointment. I asked for the money to go to the quick agent I had to buy due to the incident. Nice cashier helped me out.
