We picked up a new dog from Rover Rescue and had zero equipment food or supplies! A young lady asked if she could be of help and we accepted her knowledge and assistance! Recommended a top quality dry food, set us up with halter and leash and doggie treats. Very cordial and helpful. That is definitely our pet store from now on. Customer service is 5 star

A friend of mine called this store and was asking for help getting to the store because he did not know the location or address. He was then put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. Simply for asking help finding the stores location. Then after the long wait a different employee answered and assisted him. Overall not terrible service but that wait is absurd.

I had such a wonderful experience today thanks to Brandon and Ryan (who was working the checkout counter). Both went above and beyond to help me. Brandon took the time to answer all my questions knowledgeably and made sure I found exactly what I needed for my pet, while Ryan was super friendly, efficient, and had the best attitude at checkout. Their genuine care and enthusiasm made my visit so enjoyable!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE. I came in and asked for the specials. Me and my sister were told that I could do the 19.99 special which is the ONLY reason I booked. I thoroughly explained to them how i rescued this furry friend from a pretty messed up living situation and how I appreciate the special because I’ve been spending A LOT to make sure he’s okay. I made my appointment and came back the next day. Just to be charged a total of $40.47 after service. I asked why and was told my dog was too old for that special. I asked if it could be honored because that’s what I was told AND the only reason why I booked and she declined multiple times. Just for my dog to still be damp (in the dead of winter - 27 degrees), loose hair and dandruff all over him and he smells like wet dog. He doesn’t smell like he was just given a BATH. IM livid.
