Dr. TAB and his son are very caring & competent vets. They have given great advice for different afflictions our cats have, ex. respiratory illnesses, weight management, senior cat issues. The staff is also very caring, understanding and accommodating.

Amazing!
The staff is accommodating to your needs. Timely with appointments and you're in and out quickly. The thing I LOVE MOST is the fact I feed my dog a fresh diet. They were accepting of this and offered information to better the diet. Never tried telling me to Not do this.

Dr. Brooks saw our dog after we reached out explaining the digestive issues he was having, I mentioned to bring in a stool sample to test which we brought in and found no parasite issue. We thoroughly explained the issues he was having and all he kept saying was “hmm what a mystery, how peculiar” and couldn’t give any reason to what the issue might be. So the only thing he recommended was Proviable a probiotic and to buy it off Amazon. The day after the visit I get a text from the office asking how he is. I explained the issues he was still having and what to do next, no response. We purchased his recommendation, gave it to our dog, and two days later our dog had an intense allergic reaction and his face started swelling up. We rushed him back to Fox Valley to which they were able to see him which was nice, but after explaining everything to Dr. Brooks about our concern with the probiotic HE BACK TRACKS AND SAYS HE’S NOT TOO FAMILIAR WITH PROVIABLE. Mentioned he would have to do some more research on it. He administered a shot of Benadryl which toned down the swelling, we leave, and get a call 30 minutes later after he did a google search and found Proviable can cause hives and swelling. On top of that, he tried to apologize for “not knowing” about the conversation in the office text line of me asking for advice, and he decided to mention that a “new employee” was monitoring the texts and he was also in surgery and his new employee didn’t get back to him, terrible excuse. Experience doesn’t equal competency and for how little help and guessing we got in our last visit, we will not be returning. Take your dog to a knowledgeable vet avoid this place.
