I was informed that I couldn’t bring my KITTEN back because he was too squirmy and suggested drugging him with “anxiety meds” otherwise we can NOT come back. My cat has always been friendly and cooperative. They should have considered that they had already poked him twice, and the woman restraining him was incompetent. The vet even asked, “do you want to try again or get someone else to hold him,” indicating she knew the woman couldn’t handle her job. They attempted to draw blood from his NECK, and I’ve never heard him scream like that, even though he’s had many shots and blood draws without such a reaction. Avoid this place. He’s just a baby. It’s incredibly unprofessional, considering this is their job, and they want to put a 6-month-old kitten on sleeping pills. Are you serious???Do better.

- AGA GFeb 3, 20265.0Hands down my favorite vet experience in over 18years of caring for cats Brisa at the front desk was kind and welcoming, and helpful both at check-in and check-out, which made the visit feel smooth and calm from start to finish. Kelly, the vet assistant, truly stood out. She spent the most time with us, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly gentle and patient with Kobe. Her calm, reassuring presence made a huge difference. Dr. Quinlan was also outstanding. She was kind, soft-spoken, and very respectful of Kobe’s space, examining him gently while moving efficiently to keep him comfortable and stress-free. You could tell she genuinely understands cats and their boundaries. I truly appreciated how both Kelly and Dr. Quinlan explained options clearly and respectfully. Kobe came home calm and content, which says everything. After many years and many vet visits, this experience stands out as the best I’ll absolutely be coming back. Thank you to such a compassionate team.
