  I had a bad experience with the last services. I understand that it might be hard sometimes with anxious dogs. Ours is definitely one of them. But to ban our dog, after seven times and right when we have earned our free service, is a little rude. There is no way our dog was anymore anxious this time, which was there excuse for banning him, than he was the other 7 times. Just beware of this kind of services. Right now they have lost a customer….it’s not like they are the cheapest place anyway.

  This used to be a decent grooming place until they got new staff. The ladies working there now, Jenny and Kayla, have no business working with dogs. They show no friendliness to the dogs whatsoever, compared to the previous employees who always greeted dogs excitedly. Today was also the first time that I’ve heard my dog barking for a very long time while here, which is concerning. When I came back after 2 hours like they had told me, I saw a groomer bang on the wall several times as I heard my dog was barking. I was later told this is how groomers communicate. When I picked up my dog, I asked to speak to a manager so I can voice my concern about the banging. The store manager was very pleasant and listened to my concern, however when the groomers heard I wanted to speak to her they were extremely rude towards me, assuming I had gone to complain about the extremely long wait time. As Jenny was returning my dog to me, which she also didn’t wait until my dog was leashed before removing her leash off my dog(another huge red flag), she made comments about how weekends and holiday times are busy and I should become a VIP if I don’t want to wait so long, and stormed off. Yes, she actually stormed off, slamming the door behind her as she left. My dog came home exhausted after a grooming appointment. Everyone at the grooming center, other than the male who checked me in who disappeared and the store manager, had been completely rude and unprofessional and should probably find other jobs if they are this unhappy with working with the public.

  I love the service my dogs get especially the groomers.

  Great job on grooming and sharing issues with my dog. I do not agree with $5.99 charge for materials used, this should be part of the pricey grooming charge.

  Katelyn is absolutely amazing! She has a special way with dogs — you can tell right away how gentle, caring, and patient she is. My dog Barney usually gets nervous during grooming, but with Katelyn he was completely calm and happy. She treated him with so much love and attention, and the grooming turned out perfect! You can really see that she truly cares about both the pets and their owners. Highly recommend Katelyn if you want your furry friend to be in the best hands!
