She said she was not going to waste time to look through my account for the item, and that was fine, but when i asked for help to find the order on my account on my app because it wasn’t showing anything on the app despite shopping there many times, i asked another coworker for assistance and i was also dismissed. This is the only time ive felt disrespected at this store, and makes me not feel welcome. I had no problem with the refusal of the return, but the way that they handled it and were being disrespectful and dismissive for no reason despite me being polite was very disheartening.
