My issue was that the item I purchased was clearly marked on both the shelf & the product itself the it was a clearance item but they charged me full price when I checked out. I didn’t notice this issue until I was already home which required another trip to the store the next day to resolve the issue. Even though there was about a $12 dollar price difference, they only returned a little over $8 back to me.

Baby bearded dragons and snakes have horrible setups with dirty reptile carpets that have not been changed in months. They allow pets in store, but have loose crickets everywhere. The ferret cage is depressing to look at every time I walk in. The only reason I give 2 stars is because I am able to find good food for my pets, but its not enough if your animals are tortured in overcrowded, dirty boxes. DO NOY ASK ME TO CALL YOUR STORE PRIVATELY, DO BETTER
