I advise caution for anyone considering, they turned us away with over a 50% chance, just saying they couldn't touch my cat. My cat would be sick, and they just say not safe, that is even after I took the time to feed my cat the gabapentin drug they prescribed.

If I could give Banfield Pet Hospital zero stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I walked in, the experience was terrible. The ladies at the reception were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they acted as if assisting me and my pet was a burden.
The nurse was no better—aggressive in tone, lacking compassion, and showing no patience or care for my pet’s well-being. The overall environment was hostile and uninviting, which is the last thing you want in a place that’s supposed to care for animals. A pet hospital should be a place of kindness, professionalism, and empathy, but unfortunately Banfield failed in every possible way. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this location if you care about being treated with basic respect.
Also i have cancel all my pet plan from banfield and i have everything recorded on camera which i will be posting on social media

I had such a great experience today bringing my cat to this hospital. Everybody is so friendly, front desk lady is very nice and Dr. Shaw and her assistant did amazing job examining my cat Mysik, very careful and answered to all my questions:) For Mysik it was very good experience too because it is the first time she was so calm at the vet. I would definitely recommend Dr.Shaw!☺️

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
