I advise caution for anyone considering, they turned us away with over a 50% chance, just saying they couldn't touch my cat. My cat would be sick, and they just say not safe, that is even after I took the time to feed my cat the gabapentin drug they prescribed.

If I could give Banfield Pet Hospital zero stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I walked in, the experience was terrible. The ladies at the reception were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they acted as if assisting me and my pet was a burden. The nurse was no better—aggressive in tone, lacking compassion, and showing no patience or care for my pet’s well-being. The overall environment was hostile and uninviting, which is the last thing you want in a place that’s supposed to care for animals. A pet hospital should be a place of kindness, professionalism, and empathy, but unfortunately Banfield failed in every possible way. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this location if you care about being treated with basic respect. Also i have cancel all my pet plan from banfield and i have everything recorded on camera which i will be posting on social media

I have had 4 dogs over the years at banfield. The last two years have been so horrible dealing with Niles banfield, that initially we cancelled our plans. Niles banfield every single time I need Cashs scripts refilled it a two weeks crap fest. I keep calling asking why they can't just call his scripts in. It's a Hassel, talking to the girl in front with all her excuses, and talking to her wend Thurs of last week, Cash scripts still not refilled. Do not take your animals here. My dog has anxiety when it rains, and I have been dealing with two years, so his meds are needed when they are needed. Do not go to the Niles specifically.

Friendly staff and the techs actually listen. We just switched to this vet clinic after another location moved. Our concern was that our husky is very vocal and can be uncooperative. We let the technician here know and they even confirmed our dog could wear a muzzle if needed. After the first exam they did say the muzzle was needed since she was showing here teeth but never snapped at anyone. Now 3 visits in, the dog is more excited to see the staff here then us when we come to pick her up.

I came in with my brother's dog yesterday in the afternoon for a per-operation physical and to go over and explain what my dog needed and what they will be doing to him. Everything seemed great during that appointment, but I was suspicious when I asked if the veterinarian needed to see the growth that he was scheduled to have removed today. We went over everything that he was going to do and how to take care of my brother's dog after the surgery. I left feeling confident that everything will go smoothly. The next day (today) I dropped him off for the surgery at 7:30 am. At 11am I picked my brother's dog up because the vet was not good enough to do the surgery. I was blamed for not telling him about the growth and was sent home with another Banfield hospital's number. The only thing this veterinarian did correctly was tell me he wasn't able to do the surgery instead of trying to and failing. The Veterinarian was clueless, self-contradicting, did not listen to me, and did not read the previous Veterinarian's notes or medical history. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and treated my brother's dog better than I could have imagined. He was said to leave them they were so great with him. There was massive lack of communication between the staff members today. Everyone had different information and I believe that stemmed from the Veterinarian.
