- EREsme ReyesSep 28, 20251.0I’ve been going here a lot recently as I do have two pet cats and every time I do go to look for collars eye drops or other necessities they never have anything restocked in fact it looks the exact same from the previous time I’ve gone and up until recently I haven't had any other problems until I went to purchase a dewormer from behind the counter and the young man who was there was unaware of how to even get into the glass case where it was at, eventually I proceeded with my purchase which the stated price was $24 and when the worker told me the price he said $26 then changed it to say it would be $31 “after tax” I did think it was a bit much at the time but I was in need and didn’t think much of it so I proceeded to pay, I was not asked if I wanted a receipt nor given one, I left the store realized it was the wrong dewormer I purchased so I went back not even 15 minutes later and the same worker was there I asked if I could return them and they agreed but then I was told I was getting refunded $25 n then I asked why if I had payed $31 n then he said the most I would get back is $27, I asked politely why n if I was over charged he said he was unable to do anything without a receipt when was when I stated I was not given one n he said I should’ve asked for one and kept making rude gestures and was just not polite at all, I ended up settling for the $27 dollar refund but I know for a fact something was done wrong on his end or he overcharged me. I was in a rush so I didn’t even bother to call or talk to anyone else, I’m not hurting over $4 trust me but I just think this young man was rude or doesn’t like his job and it shows poor thing needs a day off

This is the closest location for food for my beardie, I pay for the vital care plan and it’s always hit or miss for worms. And then to have a fraction of the number I paid for is so frustrating.
